- A very popular green tea from Zheijiang, south of Shanghai.
- The name "gunpowder" was given due to the tea's rolled leaves which resemble bullets in shape.
- If the rolled tea leaves are brewed they begin to crackle.
- It has a strong, tangy aroma and unique taste.
- If you find the tea too strong, brew leaves second time for milder flavour.
- The first brew can also be served with mint leaves.
